[Asterisk-video] mp4play display video but no audio, help!

Hello all, I am new to try app_mp4 at Asterisk & Ubuntu 8.04.

 

I try to use mp4play to play a file, welcome.3gp at Asterisk v.14.21.1 by xlite. The video display well on xlite but there is no audio. 

 

I found bellow message ar Asterisk console
