[Asterisk-video] SIP videophone: hard and soft

Hi,
I'm searching a video hard-soft phone. The phone have to support H.263,
H.263p and H.264 and a resizable display (softphone) or a display of
reasonable dimension 5 inch (hardphone).

I know the list available here
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/SIP+Video+Phones and I have tried with
success Counterpath Xlite, Eyebeam, Bria, Pingolin, Linphone. The softphone
if possible should be open source.
