[Asterisk-video] No video through openvox b100p rdsi bri

Hello
i´ve installed asterisk 1.4.19.1 + misdn-1.2 + video apps on debian lenny
system
I´ve configured my dialplan with
 exten => _X.,1,Answer()
 exten => _X.,n,mp4save(/tmp/test.3gp)
 exten => _X.,n,Hangup()

My schema and test are:
3gp cell ===> RDSI BRI ==> Asterisk  = only audio no video
sip phone (eyebeam) ==> Asterisk = audio and video

Are my RDSI or 3GP providers the problem ?

Here are my mp4info file details:
