[Asterisk-video] H.264 video calling, conferencing and video playback within Asterisk

Asterisk can do a lot out of the box, but multi-way video conferences + 
video on demand is not there yet afaik.
I think there are some other add-ons that can do the trick, google for 
vmukti or adiance.

The video on demand, its not there but it sound easier to make than the 
video conferencing.
