[Asterisk-video] nokie n95

Guys,

I am sending mpeg4 video data to a nokia n95 and I find that if the
encoded video frame size is greater than 1595 byte ,I see pauses in
the video displayed on the phone.

I don't see any artifacts, which means data loss it not happening. If
so, what's this pause behavior caused due to ? I cannot understand
this. Can anyone show some light on this behavior.
