Hi, Sergio,

I too am experiencing large I frames which cause delays. How do you
recommend dealing with this?

If I understand correctly, the problem is that the I frame is not being
delivered to the decoder fast enough for it to be played. Is there a way to
tell the decoder to increase the buffer size?

Thanks,
Dan
