[Asterisk-video] best flash video client?

Hi,

For a project involving asterisk I am looking for a good 
videoconferencing client that is browser or flash based, and should work 
on any (most) platforms.

After looking around it seems there a quite a few solutions but what is 
the best one? I am looking for some specific experiences (positive or 
negative).
