[Asterisk-video] H.264 transcodes to H.263

Hi,

 I am working on an application where 3G call will come into SIP which is
running on a Flash but it does support only H.263, but the Video coming from
3G handset is H.264 so I cannot see any video. IS there any way that I can
transcode from H.264 to H.263 and vice versa to see the video of both. Let
me know how I can achieve this
