[Asterisk-video] Record max duration

Hi Sergio,

I have added a max duration parameter in the mp4save.
How do you wish to set it from the application parameters :
- A new one parameter : mp4save(file.3gp, options, duration)
- A new embedded parameter : mp4save(file.3gp, optionsD(duration) )

I wait for your answer before reporting the modification (simple).
