[Asterisk-video] 3G Video Call over SS7

Hi Hakan,

I used the version of chan_ss7-1.0.95-beta and asterisk-1.4.18 . Which
worked for me.

You can find the information on how to handle the video call over SS7 in
ASTERISK_VARIABLES document in chan_ss7-1.0.95-beta.

Let me know if you have any problem in configuration.
