[Asterisk-video] Latest patches test

Hi guys,

I am having problems with Nokia n95 video quality.I am streaming
H263 data to the phone, the video is very blocky,I am using the microsoft
reference software for encoding H263, there was a similar post on this
list,can someone
tell me how this can be resolved.
