[Asterisk-video] app_mp4 and app_rtsp modifications

Hi Sergio,

I have send you the applications app_mp4 and app_rtsp modified with the DTMF
interruption control.

This modifications are necessary to simplify the video portals design.

Have you validate or not the modifications ?
