I always change the format to AST_FORMAT_H263.
Or i will get wrong payload number, instead of
34(static payload number) asterisk will send rtp
packet with dynamic payload number.

My SIP UA talk with asterisk using default static
payload type for H.263.

Is there a way to solve this? So i don't have to
change the format.
