[Asterisk-video] Saving video voicemail

I have a Grandstream GVX-3000 and is able to leave a
video voicemail on the Trixbox's server. After listen
to the video vmail, I have the option to save the
message. However when I play this saved video message
again, the video is no longer there. How can I save
the video?
