[Asterisk-video] Asterisk basic video questions

Dear all, I have Asterisk 1.4.20 SIP just for voip calls.

Now I want to implement video (H.263 or H.264) within the same SIP channel.

My brief questions are:

1) Do you know if Asterisk voice + video work fine in Asterisk 1.4 ???

2) What voice + video free client do you recommend for Windows and Linux/Debian platforms ???

3) If I edit just these lines everything will work ???
