[Asterisk-video] need help with codecs

Hi!

The menu.mp4 demo file works fine for me. (try playing it 10 times - it 
is a rather short video)

What channel do you use (incoming)? SIP? H324m? The demo video does nto 
work with H324M, only with SIP. For H324M you have to make videos with 
smaller bandwidth.
