Yes, it is defined and it's send in a h245 userinputindication which is processed by the
library and transformed into an asterisk dtmf frame.
What i've seen is that in some phones sending dtmfs were not sent just by pressing the numbers, instead you have to navigate to a menu ans select a "send dtmf" option, but don't remmember which oone..
