[Asterisk-video] AMR working with h324m

By the way, I don't remmeber if I already have said it here or not, so..

With the latest version of app_mp4, app_h324m and libh324m the problem with the bad quality of audio is fixed.
There has been some improvements on the timing on app_mp4 so now the videos should be played smothly.
If any one sees any collateral effects of this changes, please, let me know.
