[Asterisk-video] Couldn't open the logo image file...

I've compiled the cvm but I'm receiving this msg when i try to execute:

:~/asterisk-mods/confiance/confiance_videomixer-0.1$ sudo ./confiance_vm

CVM_CLI*> oRTP uninitialized

the logo.bmp file is in the same directory...

~/asterisk-mods/confiance/confiance_videomixer-0.1$ ls
confiance_vm  cvm.c         cvm.h  cvm_protocol.c  cvm_protocol.o
cvm_session.h  logo.bmp  README
COPYING       cvm_common.h  cvm.o  cvm_protocol.h  cvm_session.c
cvm_session.o  Makefile

Where i have to put the logo.bmp to works?
