btw: how is the format for AMR inside ast_frame?

like in RTP:
   1 byte CMR + x bytes ToC (frame type) + AMR payloads

or like in AMR file:
   1 byte header (frame type) + AMR frame

or something completely different?

IMO this should be defined and written down somewhere.
