[Asterisk-video] Fixed h324m and mp4save (bug#3)

Send it to the list so everyone can contribute, aslo it would be good if you open a 
bug in the bugtrac http://sip.fontventa.com/trac/asterisk/newticket with any log or mp4
file not working.
