[Asterisk-video] Choice of Digium ISDN card to setup a H324M gateway

Hi!

I use a rather old single E1 Digium card. I do not know its name, only 
the used zaptel driver: wct1xxp

Nevertheless all azptel PRI cards should work (Digium, Sangoma) as H324M 
is inside the B channel and the D-channel signaling is handled in libpri.
