[Asterisk-video] libavcodec integration? (was Integrating mpeg4 video codec in asterisk)

So, why can't it be maintained somehow like addon, and let 
makers on libavicodec care about the license, asterisk will 
just provide a lib/interface to the already made code and 
use it. And finally _officially_ it is LGPL.
