[asterisk-users] Internal SSL error (Underlying BIO error: Broken pipe)

Hello,

I am trying to understand what these messages mean:

   ERROR: Problem setting up ssl connection:
error:00000005:lib(0):func(0):DH lib, Underlying BIO error: Connection
reset by peer

   ERROR: SSL_shutdown() failed:

this is some random IP address from the internet. Is this a misbehaved
client, or perhaps is it sending non-sip commands to my asterisk?

How can I find out what exactly is happening here?
