[asterisk-users] Call from an extension

HI Doug - Your got!  Thanks. All I had to do in this case was set the
CallerID to 4452.
As I mentioned I was just trying to "look" like I was extension 4452 and
wants to call a number to an outside line.
setting the CallerID made it happen.
