[asterisk-users] Detecting status for qualified contacts

Hi,

I saw this issue that was resolved this year: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-23173

Where they mention that it was not possible to get the status of a qualified contact using PJSIP. Do you know if there's any way of validating the contact status before invoking the DIAL application with PJSIP in Asterisk 13?
