[asterisk-users] target number is busy after some calls

here is my CLI output:

for some reason with DIALSTATUS = BUSY and HANGUPCAUSE = 17") in new stack

I have one truck with 5 SIM defined.
I have to call more times to passed busy tone, actually target mobile
number is not busy.
