Ah, ok. Is it possible that this file isn't even being used then? The
chan_dahdi.conf is similarly terse and doesn't have an include = line:

switchtype = dms100
pridialplan = national
signalling = pri_cpe

txgain = 1.0
group=1
echocancel=yes
channel => 1-23
jbenable=no
callprogress=yes
