voip.ms is a prepaid service with a very low monthly fee for their value service. $12-$24 per year plus minutes depending on the rate center. I assume US.
Certainly a better deal than Magicjack.
OOMA is more up front, and I believe they now have some monthly fee?
Also, do you not ever go to this location and want phone service during that time?
