Carlos,

What is in the logs immediately preceding the warning you have posted here? Scan up a number of lines (more if you have a very verbose installation, like FreePBX) and see if anything pops out at you. Basically, you want to figure out what was happening on the server at the time of the crash? Incoming fax? Hangup of a Dahdi channel? Incoming Dahdi call, etc.

That will likely point you in the right direction.
