[asterisk-users] Festival

Dear Asterisk-Users,
I installed festival and while trying to connect it to asterisk it comes up with:

server    Mon Nov  8 18:38:51 2010 : Festival server started on port 1314client(1) Mon Nov  8 18:38:51 2010 : accepted from localhost.localdomainclient(1) Mon Nov  8 18:38:51 2010 : disconnected
I tried editing the festival.scm file and came out worse with
socket: bind failed

Please can anyone help out.
