[asterisk-users] HElP me I am a beginner

Hi Parashant,

As a new comer, don't let it bother or discourage you. This happens here sometimes on this mailing list, first somebody posts something, and the replies later get put at the top of the email and continue to do so. This makes it incredibly hard to read what is going on. It has been agreed that users should not 'top post', but instead post their addition to the thread/message at the bottom of the message. [1]

Also, for the courtesy of the other list members, users should not be posting huge signatures in HTML. The mailing list should be kept strictly text to ensure all subscribers can read it properly. You do realize there are people who read their email via a text console using mutt or pine right?

Soon, you will figure out which posters are here to help, which ones object to your posts, and which ones constantly post to the list with stupid questions and really don't offer much help although they tend to think they do.

And, to soften everyone's ego, the message I posted below was not meant for Parashant, but rather was meant for "Taimur Hasan" with the huge signature. Regardless, thank you Zeeshan for the comforting scribe which you so valiantly sent from your 'Android phone with K-9 Mail'. Thank <insert your deity here> you have mobile email.

Welcome to the Internet.

Hi Parashant,

As a new comer don't let it bother or discourage you. This happens here sometimes on this mailing list, first somebody posts something, and the replys later convert into an unnecessary and off the topic argument ground. Soon you will figure out which posters are here to help, which ones to object on your posts, which ones to object on your English grammar and which ones to just ignite and fuel such arguments. On the whole, there are very good and helpful people here.
