That's why I cross compile - it just takes too long!

http://unicorn.drogon.net/configs/config.2.6.30.1.geode

Drop that into .config in a stock 2.6.30.1 kernel off www.kernel.org and 
off you go. That will produce a kernel with no modules in it.

You'll need to re-make dahdi.
