Did I misunderstand the bit about this being calls spawned from the AMI
(Manager) only?

And what details are missing?
'sip show concise' gives me the following:
SIP/05-000000ca!internal!!1!Ringing!(None)!!100!!3!26!(None)!1266961653.567
... and similar * n.
