Email integrated to voicemail.
Thanks for the nice humor
My bust.

How do I set up an Exchange or other Mail MX server to interoperate
with VoiceMail?

By default (at least in 1.4X) voicemail.conf defines how the Asterisk server
will send information to exchange or any other Mail server. The default
usage is a simple "sendmail" command. If you want incoming stuff to be
processed by asterisk, you would probably set up a daemon in c or some other
language to process the information as a "local call". At least in theory,
you could have emails to "john at doe.com" processed as incoming calls and the
"input" read into voicemail by Cepstral or Festival.
