It could be similar to this one:

exten => _51,1,Dial(SIP/18778794590 at pstn-5665,300,D(wwwwwwwwwwwww1w))
exten => _51,n,Wait(4)
exten => _51,n,SendDTMF(005893884053811#)
exten => _51,n,Wait(4)
exten => _51,n,SendDTMF(123456#)

but only the first one go through.
