[asterisk-users] How to write the incoming stream to pipe/socket instead of .gsm file

Hi,
I want to record the incoming call in asterisk and instead of writing the stream to a file..i want to write the stream to a  pipe or socket.
In Asterisks code, where i need to do the changes..? If anyone have done this thing before , plz help me out
