[asterisk-users] Ghost ??

I thought it was common knowledge that the queue app in Asterisk has this bug.

I have recordings to prove what I originally dismissed as "impossible"
or "user error".

I have captured call with two agents on the line with a customers and
two customers with an agent.

It happens rarely but it does happen and I am sure other scenarios
play out besides the above. It is just that the above were reported
and investigated to be true.

It seems the queue app has the ability to mimic a meetme room. I am
sure if you google "crossed calls asterisk" you will find the same
issue.

I never bothered to troubleshoot since the problem was very rare and
created nothing to debug in the logs. Those running a large call
center know when it is worth messing with debugging and risk an outage
compared to a call or two a week being crossed up and reported.

Thanks,
Steve Totaro
