We thought it non-natural to configure a smartnode using web server but it
the end, we made it.
Basic steps are :
configure ISDN and Ethernet interfaces separately,
then configure SIP gateway,
then SIP default service,
then tie both interfaces to each other.

Another tip is I used 4.2 software, which is the one supported.
