How many concurrent calls. How much transcoding?

A 1GHz Via processor with 128KB cache will handle 100 concurrent calls 
with no transcoding. Anything above that is a bonus, and 64-bit is a waste 
for something like asterisk IMO.

So use what you're most familiar with.
