The ISP tells me that it is a Metro Ethernet product. Here is a picture of the box made by "Mc Mans tel" where the ISP inputs a fat black wire. I have never heard of "Mc Mans tel" and googling it comes up with nothing. http://www.grmtech.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/img_0035_1-300x225.jpg
