Adam,
    That's a good plan of action, don't know why I didn't think of
that...duh!
    Amen to your comments, the so called experts at Nortel have taken 7
weeks to get to the point with no reporting! No wonder why they went under!
Although Avaya is not much better..of course unless your willing to pay
though the nose for it.
