Called Read, entered numbers, echoed them correctly.

Then I tried something ... different. I Answered the call before calling the macro. And voila it's working. Do I have to answer the channel before Dial option 'd' is working? It's a bit odd, cause the dial duration starts counting and I hear a
'beep'. That's not ideal : / I've attached a full.log.
