[asterisk-users] TDM400P dialout problem

Have the some symptoms mentioned in http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=12099
After upgrade to Zaptel 1.4.9.2 I can't dial out at all, with 1.4.8 there 
were just random dial-out problems.
