[asterisk-users] Similar extension numbers for multiple users

Currently my devices are set as follows:

Devices
-----------

[100]
type=friend
secret=42335432
qualify=yes
port=5060
host=dynamic
dial=SIP/100
context=user1
canreinvite=no
accountcode=user1

I guess I can change it to 100a, 100b and so on for different users. But I
would need help with a sample context for how to make them dial out and each
other.
