[asterisk-users] unable to hear voice with asterisk 1.4.15

Hi all

i am getting a serious problem.I am using asterisk 1.4.15 and dialing
outbound through sip.
The problem is that whenever i dial a number the other person can hear my
voice but i dont hear anything.
help me
