I am sorry about the "scalating", but I was panicking a little bit
after a couple of hours trying to fix the issue.

I am too used to get/give free advice that I forget I can use it.

I din't fix it for me.

Not sure about how to call it. The provider (Eircom, Ireland) calls it PRA.
