[asterisk-users] 1.6, CDR and h extension

The CDR comes about because of this:

exten => _X!,1,Dial(SIP/foo,,g)
exten => _X!,n,Dial(SIP/bar,,g)

This sometimes generates two CDR's, one with the correct information
and then one empty record.
