[asterisk-users] Asterisk CLI Show Error :- ("**Unknown**") instead of ("Zap/22-1", )

Hi Hiren,
Have you properly configured the zap channels in asterisk,
which device have you configured in asterisk with zaptel?

let me know the dial plan for ivr.
