Hi Vincent.

Look back a few hours in this mailing list for the message called " 
IAX2: Incoming calls answered prematurely	[RESOLVED]".

I have included most of how I setup a simple IVR. It wasn't that hard to 
do and I have only been using asterisk for a week or so...
